Zombies won't try to throw bean cans when target is underground (sewers, caves, mineshafts, mil tunnels, etc)
Fix zombies not being able to use bridges over water without them swimming. Requires ChaosNPC 3.0.3 https://chaoscode.io/resources/chaosnpc.216/update/3623/

Eye offset for aiming
New AI design;
- Zombies are more aggressive
- Zombies can mount vehicles if player is trying to escape (optional)
- Zombies will be extra aggressive with bean cans if target player is out of range
- Zombies will be extra aggressive with bean cans if target player runs and hides in a base (optional)
- Zombies can be diverted from a target hiding in a base if a easier target comes along
- Players can potentially divert zombies to target another player by leading a horde past them, providing they themselves aren't within attack range

Added config option "Continue to target players who hide in buildings"
Added config option "Throwable explosive building damage multiplier"
Added config option "Don't apply the building damage multiplier if the target is not the owner or authed on the TC"

Added support for Frankenstein body parts as zombie attire

Changed despawn target check to only see if target is a player and they are in range. Should speed up the despawn process when using timed spawns
Should fix BaseAIBrain.JoinGroup NRE
Should fix BaseAIBrain.SwitchToState NRE when notifying nearby NPCs
Fixed Zombie weapons not being visibly equipped when entering or spawning in a safe zone
