Fix for truePve turret target
Fix for conflicting with HumanNPC from umod
Added Npc spawn damage delay to config - Delay damage to npc on spawn to stop spawn camping time in seconds. added 4 second destroy timer to corpses that spawn with no loot.
Can add cooldown perms in config.
Fixed event start message not displaying.. Added 60 and 30 second message to event end time.
Attempt fix for NextGen Npc/player Damage
Added next wave time message after first wave all killed before next wave. Added damage scale for player damage from npc.
Various things
Added event hooks for other plugins to use.
Fixed rewards Kit / Eco and server rewards will now give half to starting event player and split the rest with remaining event players.
