Added command /sc name <name> to name your cameras
Adjusted the spectate switch function to cycle through when at the end of the list

RustNET is now required to use SecurityCameras!
Fixed user input when viewing cameras
Possibly fixed the rare floating camera when destroying blocks

Reset forward rotation of spectating player to prevent view twisting on cameras with high angle
Adjusted camera set position 0.1 units back towards the structure
Adjusted player position 0.2 units infront of the camera to prevent clipping
Increased the opacity of the camera overlay
Disabled chat commands whilst viewing cameras
Changed config option "Maximum allowed cameras per base" to use permission based modifiers
