Fix compilation error for Rust update due to metabolism changes.
Added dedicated error log buffer (500 lines, independent of main log buffer); errors no longer evicted by normal log traffic. Added [HH:mm:ss] server-local timestamps to all lines in both LOGS and ERRORS windows.
