(Note: All panel navigation, player actions, plugin controls, and permission edits are handled by UI-bound console commands and do not need to be typed manually.)
• Only players with the rustyrcon.use permission can open the panel — grant it only to trusted admins.
• The mute/unmute toggle in the UI is tracked in memory only; it mirrors the server mute/unmute console command and respects whatever mute plugin you have loaded.
• Log capture is limited to the last 500 lines in memory to prevent performance degradation on busy servers.
