Pool changes per Rust update
Disable the Rust feature of helicopters flying to the closest monument when destroyed
Apply negative rotation to fix game alteration to the helicopter when it is landed so it sits flat
Added config option "Despawn time for NPCs when helicopter is destroyed (seconds, 0 to disable)"
Changed health modifier to be from a minimum of 0.1 to any number. If you have a custom value set you will need to update your config
Added config option "Helicopter health percentage when spawned (0.0 - 1.0)"

Kill any mounted NPCs if helicopter is destroyed when refueling/preparing to leave
Fixed helicopter phasing into oblivion
