Tiers Mode 1.3.6

- Build fix for the June Update. It now works correctly in production, so you can update now.
- You can now delete items whose shortname contains a space. Previously, deleting items like "mini fridge" and "military flamethrower" would cause an error.
February update fix.

And fix the alerts that were not being displayed.
Fixed the loading of icons for locked elements in the /tier interface.

They mysteriously stopped appearing...

Fixed duplication bug/exploit on the kitchen table.
Correction of the URLs of the images of the tiers that are generated by default.
Changed the plugin image hosting. it now uses my updated CDN. Old images will be removed in less than a month.

Existing URLs will be automatically updated with this update.
- Support for the new kitchen and engineering bench. They are no longer deleted when reloading the plugin.
- Fixed some images that were not loading.
- The /tier text showing the workbench level now correctly displays 0 when none is specified in the configuration, instead of displaying Workbench Level 1.
- Fixed a bug that prevented locking items from being stored in the small wooden box.
- Fixed a bug that allowed items locked to weapons to be placed in the backpack inventory.
- Updated the way upgrades to a certain construction tier are allowed. The same convars used in Primitive Mode are now used to disable and enable options in the menu.
- Updated the way selling helicopters and boats is enabled and disabled. The same convars used in Primitive Mode are now used.
Do NOT UPDATE before the October update. Otherwise, it will not work.
- The permission tiersmode.disabled has been added. Assign this permission along with the existing bypass permissions for those players you want to completely disable the use of tiersmode.
- Now, if a player has the bypass to place the Workbench, it will not be removed when placed.
- Most icons now load directly from the game, optimizing their loading and display.
- A small animation has been added to the alerts. To display it correctly, without cuts, I recommend replacing the values "AnchorMax": "0.64 0.2" with "AnchorMax": "0.64 0.28" in the config.
- Updated with internal changes from Facepunch for proper compilation.
- Blocking the use of Items should no longer affect NPCs at all. This caused errors in some NPC event plugins when they used locked items.
- Locked ammo can now no longer be loaded into Weapon Racks.
- Weapons and ammunition locked in Turrets can no longer be loaded.
