Fixed Item Puller not working for the stacked chests
Added saving of the data upon placement in order to fix chest's disappearing if the server crashes
Reverted back, removed Copy/Paste support DO NOT USE COPY/PASTE PLUGIN TO PASTE STACKED CHESTS, IT WON'T WORK PROPERLY.

Chests will now get the skin from the held item
Thanks to @MalS I have fixed issues from plugins that interferes with the chests/boxes (such as Auto Lock, Skins for deployables etc)
Added Building Privlidged checks
Fixed placing large box on top of a small one
