Disable chat commands whilst mounted

The aircraft is no longer networked to all players. Only players using the aircraft will see it
The aircraft is destroyed for players that have parachuted out of it once it reaches the map bounds and turns around
Players that use it will perceive that the aircraft has left the map after they have jumped
Moved giving parachute to when player leaves aircraft so other plugins don't remove it when the player respawns
Probably prevent MagicAirDropPanel from showing the cargo plane as a airdrop? Not tested
Fixed bases not rendering when parachuting
Changed flight path generation so the start and end points are always on the world bounds + 1000m
Added support for F15 aircraft
Fixed parachute condition
