Flare guns will not reload with normal ammo, and require that the user has flares in their inventory
Chat Command
/flare - Gives the player a flare gun
Console Command
flare <playerID or name > - Gives the specified player a flare gun (useful for selling them in shops)
clearflares - Remove all flares spawned via this plugin
Permissions
flaregun.spawn - Required to use the chat command
flaregun.noammo - Removes the requirement of having flares in your inventory

"Interval between flares fired" - The rate at which a user can fire flares (in seconds)
"Flare velocity" - The velocity at which the flares are fired
