/sleigh - Spawn and mount santa's sleigh

Forward/Backward - Accelerate and brake
Left/Right - Turning
Reload - Cycle gift types
Fire1 - Drop a gift
Fire2 - Play the 'HoHoHo!' effect
Jump - Exit and despawn the sleigh
